For Commissioned Piece Requests

Phil Eastwood Studios, on all custom orders, reserves Artistic License on all designs.

The customer provides a general concept or theme and will receive only one outlined design.  A second design will be provided if the initial design conflicts with the customer's vision.  All additional drafts will incur a charge of $75. per hour in design time.

If the project entails personal information or artwork, a 50% deposit will be required before the project begins.

At the conclusion of the project, images of the finished product will be sent to the client for approval.  The product will then be shipped upon receiving the final payment.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.  The customer will be sent a USPS Tracking number to ensure arrival.
